Return Policy

- Kindly note that all returns are accepted only after the customer informs us of any issue within the stipulated timelines mentioned below.
- We have a 5-day return policy, which means you have 5 days after receiving your item to request a return.
- We offer refund within first 5 days from the date of your purchase. If 5 days have passed since your purchase, you will not be offered a return or refund of any kind. In order to become eligible for a return,
- (i) the purchased item should be unused and in the same condition as
you received it, - (ii) the item must have original packaging,
- (iii) if the item that you purchased on a sale, then the item may not be eligible for a return.
- Further, only such items are replaced by us
(based on an exchange request), if such items are found defective or damaged.
You agree that there may be a certain category of products / items that are exempted from returns or refunds. - Such categories of the products would be identified to you at the item of purchase.
- For return accepted request(s) (as applicable), once your returned product / item is received and inspected by us, we will send you an email to notify you about receipt of the returned product. Further, if the same has been approved after the quality check at our end, your request (i.e. return / exchange) will be processed in accordance with our policies
- We do not allow size exchange of the product with another size as these are custom printed after receiving the order. Please check the size chart correctly before placing an order.
- The products must have the original sticker label attached, be folded correctly, and be adequately packed so they are not damaged in transit. Without it, the returns will not be processed.
- We do refunds within 7 days only in genuine cases of delivery of defective products and on no other grounds. In the event of delivery of faulty products, you have to email our customer support executives at support@themellowmerch.com along with the details of the order, the nature of the issues, and photographs of the defective product.
- In some exceptional cases, if a return is accepted (no delivery issue and the correct order is delivered), then Rs 100 will be deducted from the refund. The amount deducted is for the reverse pickup service provided because the logistics cost has significantly increased recently.
- The refund will be provided in the same bank account from where the money was deducted or to your given bank account within 10 working days.
- Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

- Also, note that the T-shirt's colour and design may vary slightly from those displayed on our website, social media pages and ads.
- Returns and refunds are not possible if there is a slight variation in the colour or design of the product delivered.
- Also, in the event, on our verification, it is observed that the defect is incurred due to any of your actions or omissions, then we will not be responsible for refunding the amounts paid to you.
- To avoid such issues. Do not accept damaged packages at the time of delivery.
- We reserve the right to refuse any returns or exchanges if we determine that the merchandise does not qualify.
- Return requests will only be processed once per order.
- Any Product Used/Washed Once Cannot be Exchanged or Refunded.
- Any product bought with a discount code will not be eligible for a refund.
